General Rule

The Service is a digital service. Because of its nature, we generally cannot accept refunds or cancellations at the customer’s convenience once a diagnosis has been run or after purchase. Please review the content and price before purchasing.

If a Diagnosis Fails or Is Halted

If a diagnosis fails or is halted for system-related reasons, the corresponding diagnosis credit is restored automatically. You are not charged for a run you did not receive, and you can try again using the restored credit.

Defects and Incorrect Charges

Where there is a clear defect or an incorrect charge attributable to us, we will address it individually. Please contact us at the address below with details of the diagnosis or payment concerned.
